Exceptional staff made our stay memorable
The Bolster Hotel offered a warm welcome and personalized touches, including a stocked mini-fridge and comfy beds. A lovely ambiance complemented its incredible location near lively bars and restaurants.
While our room was charming, cleaning services could have been improved. it felt like we waited too long for a refresh during our three nights.

The staff provided exceptional local sightseeing advice, helping us navigate the vibrant neighborhood with ease.
The steep, narrow staircase made it quite challenging to transport our luggage, especially on check-in and check-out.

The location near Rembrandtplein is unbeatable for anyone wanting to explore Amsterdam. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and the convenience of nearby bars and restaurants. The room was clean, and the comfortable bed made for great nights of rest. I appreciated the daily towel service, which kept things fresh during my stay. However, the steep stairs were quite challenging, especially with luggage. I encountered some noise from the bar underneath, which made it hard to sleep some nights. During check-in, the info on timing was miscommunicated. I was initially told 2 PM but ended up waiting until 3 PM for my room to be ready. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, those steep stairs and noise issues could be better addressed.

The location was fantastic! We were a short walk from major attractions, and there were plenty of family-friendly spots nearby. Plus, we appreciated the fact that our special needs son's autism support dog was welcomed, making our stay even more comfortable.
My wife says that the stairs were a hassle with all our luggage.
